Renewal of Faith this Lent – A Spiritual Journey Through the Sacred Shrines of Italy

Date: 6th Mar 2027 - 15th Mar 2027

Enter into the holy season of Lent with a deeply transformative 10-day pilgrimage across Italy, dedicated to prayer, penance, and spiritual renewal. Guided by Spiritual Director Fr. John King, this sacred journey invites pilgrims to walk in the footsteps of the great saints who shaped the heart of Catholic spirituality: St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi, Blessed Carlo Acutis, St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina, St. Michael the Archangel, and the Apostles Peter and Paul in the Eternal City.

Beginning in tranquil Assisi, pray before the miraculous San Damiano crucifix, meditate inside the ancient Porziuncola chapel at St. Mary of the Angels, and venerate the tomb of Blessed Carlo Acutis. Journey through Loreto to venerate the Holy House of Nazareth, and continue to San Giovanni Rotondo to encounter the profound holiness of Padre Pio and the mystical cave sanctuary of St. Michael the Archangel at Monte Sant’Angelo. The pilgrimage culminates in Rome with celebrations of Holy Mass and prayer across the Major Papal Basilicas: St. Peter’s Basilica, St. Mary Major, St. John in Lateran with the Holy Stairs, and St. Paul Outside the Walls.
