Catholic Touch of Vietnam Delights – A Spiritual Journey of Sacred Shrines, Living Faith & Natural Wonders

Date: 16th Feb 2027 - 27th Feb 2027

Embark on a deeply enriching 13-day spiritual pilgrimage across Vietnam, tracing the enduring resilience and living faith of the Vietnamese Catholic Church. Under the pastoral guidance of Spiritual Director Fr. Robert Carillo, this journey invites pilgrims into profound encounters with Our Lady, holy martyrs, and flourishing religious communities from the bustling southern capital of Saigon to the sacred imperial lands of central Vietnam and the tranquil waters of the north.

At the spiritual heart of the pilgrimage lies the revered National Marian Shrine of Our Lady of La Vang in Quang Tri, where the Blessed Mother appeared in 1798 to comfort and heal persecuted Catholics under the canopy of ancient trees. Pilgrims will also venerate Our Lady at the Marian Shrines of Tra Kieu and Nui Cui, pray before the monumental 32-meter Statue of Christ the King overlooking the sea in Vung Tau, celebrate Holy Mass in historic French colonial cathedrals across Saigon, Hue, Da Nang, and Hanoi, share meaningful moments of charity with children at religious orphanages, and contemplate God’s majestic creation amidst the limestone islands of Halong Bay.
